First run in a long while...

Today I went for a short 5k run on the Huckleberry Trail (Blacksburg, VA). The weather was beautiful and I really enjoyed being out in my running shoes again. I was pleasently surprised at how well it felt and even keeping a moderate 7:15 pace wasn't that hard. My new nike plus worked great and I took the opportunity to listen to the latest Phidippidations episode. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow.
